The Promise of Prayer
Technology is a wonderful thing. The "information highway" is now literally at your finger tips. Generation "Plugged In" refers to those of us who regularly multi-task with several electronic devices. Social experts also say we're less able to communicate, emotionally disconnected, impatient, expect instant gratification, and wrapped up in self. Characteristics not in line with prayer. How can we revitalize prayer? Is it even possible?

Prayer is like a personal BBM with God. He texts us(Bible that is), we respond instantly. This, ideally is the best situation but alas it sadly isn't and thus we are disconnected with the source of all power, and means to function, as we should in this day and age that we live in. Go to any christian gathering and watch the saints disengage from each other and attend to their berries or i's! Put those things down and pick up the WORD. Seek him First!
